Monte's practice focuses on litigation, trials and appeals. Monte's experience in these areas is extensive and covers a wide range of disciplines including personal injury, mass torts, and intellectual property (IP) in many technologies, including: pharmaceuticals; medical devices; biotech; wireless communications; telecom; electrical; software; chemical; computer science; and mechanical. Monte's experience extends to litigation of personal injury, mass torts, contracts, and business torts as well as patent and other IP related cases including trials and appeals.
